1. Validity of the General Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, "GTC") are valid for all orders placed on the online e-shop DOT Lifestyle SA, Via Tesserete 10 Lugano, Tel. +41(0) 91 921 03 11, E-Mail: info@dotlifestyle.ch, Domain: www.dotlifestyle.ch, (hereinafter, "seller"). We will send the ordered goods both in Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein and customers respect the GTC present on the domain at the time of the order. DOT Lifestyle SA can change at any time the range of products offered for sale on its website, in particular in function of reasons related to its suppliers and/or the information related to them such as prices, description or availability of the products, without prior notice. If the GTC do not contain other clauses, everything is valid according to the provisions of the Swiss Obligations Act.
2 .Order
The display of products on our e-shop invites customers to order the goods. As soon as the customer presses “Send order” in the last step of the order, the customer confirms the order. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the dispatch of the goods by e-mail (order confirmation or shipping confirmation) or at the latest by dispatching the goods.
Notice: For technical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to combine multiple orders and ship them in one package. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you send your order when you are sure that your order is complete.
DOT Lifestyle SA will reject customers who continuously change and/or cancel the order and/or send fictitious orders.
If the order is paid by bank transfer, the purchase contract will be concluded when the payment is made.
We will send the ordered goods both in Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein by Swiss Post. Before sending the order, please check the delivery address and telephone number. DOT Lifestyle SA will not be responsible for any delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address. Images and descriptions are for informational purposes only. Minor changes due to new formulations are reserved.
The seller has the right to refuse the request if the quantity of goods does not correspond to the quantity of goods intended for individual consumption.
The consumer has the right to cancel the order, i.e. to withdraw his proposal to conclude the purchase contract, until the moment of shipment of the goods. The consumer is obliged to notify the seller by email or telephone. The cancellation of the concluded purchase contract must be addressed directly to customer service, from Monday to Friday 8.00 – 17.00 (Swiss time, French / English) except holidays
3. Prices
- Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
- Prices in the shop include 7.7% VAT.
- Bulk discounts cannot be combined with reduced prices from current offers.
- Reduced prices on current offers cannot be combined with discount codes.
4. Payment and delivery
Customers can pay with these payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit cards: Master Card, VISA, American Express, via Stripe platform
Orders will be sent via Swiss Post or Swiss Post International. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We regret that shipping is not available for orders sent to APO/FPO or PO BOX addresses. In compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations governing the transportation of goods, some products may be prohibited in certain countries. If this affects your order, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
For contractual reasons we cannot deliver to all countries, for further information, please contact our customer service.
Rates
In Switzerland:
- For orders under 380 CHF the cost is 10 CHF
- Free delivery for orders over 380 CHF
International Deliveries:
- For orders under 380 CHF the cost is 40 CHF
- Free delivery for orders over 380 CHF
All prices listed on www.dotlifestyle.ch do not include taxes or import duties which are the responsibility of the buyer.
The billing address and delivery address must be the same for this payment method.
Single-use, personal and gift vouchers can only be applied once.
5. Return shipments
Please email within 7 business days to info@dotlifestyle.ch who will provide a return code. Do not send merchandise without authorization and code.
DOT Lifestyle SA is not responsible for refunding taxes and duties on returned products. Under normal circumstances, duties and taxes are not refunded on returned products.
By exercising the right of withdrawal, the purchase contract becomes a reversal relationship, according to which the services obtained under the purchase contract must be returned. The cost of return is borne by the customer, not by the E-Shop.
The received goods are checked, the amount is refunded and the invoice is cancelled. DOT Lifestyle SA reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount the refund for failure to return the original packaging.
The seller may refuse to refund the payment until he receives the returned goods.
If the goods are damaged during shipping, please inform us of this information by email (info@dotlifestyle.ch) within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Complaints for any product description, images, incorrect prices or late delivery are excluded. DOT Lifestyle SA may change the range of products offered for sale on its Website at any time, especially based on reasons relating to its suppliers and/or the information relating to them such as prices, description or availability of products, without prior notice. The competent court is located at the company's headquarters.
6. Personal voucher and gift certificate
Single-use, personal and gift vouchers are subject to special rules of application. These vouchers can only be applied once. In the event of multiple or unauthorized use, DOT Lifestyle SA reserves the right to refuse the use of the voucher. The customer will be informed and DOT Lifestyle SA will offer him the reduced amount to pay.
If you return goods from an order in which a gift card or single-use voucher was used, the seller reserves the right not to pay the value of the voucher; in this case you can exchange the goods for another product.
7. Protection of personal data
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. You can visit our site without having to share your personal data. We only store access data such as your Internet Service Provider, the page from which you visit us or the name.
We evaluate this data exclusively to improve our offer, it is not used to collect information about you. Your personal data is collected when you voluntarily provide it to us to place an order, to create a customer account, to deliver goods, to process payments or to register for our newsletter, or in other marketing activities.
We will need your data when you register, place an order or when you want to deliver the goods. We would also like to inform you about the purposes for which your data is processed.
The billing information of an order may be passed on to third parties for debt collection purposes. In this case we reserve the right to assign the claim to the debt collection company or to commission them to collect the debt. All steps are of course in accordance with the legal rights.
Your data, which is required to deliver the goods, is handed over to the shipping company responsible for the delivery. We process your payment data in our bank for payment processing. Your data is not passed on to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

9. Security
Your credit card information is encrypted using verified SSL technology. Each transaction is authorized online by the respective credit card company. On your credit card statement, purchases are displayed under “dotlifestyle.ch”. We do not store your credit card number.
10. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of DOT Lifestyle SA until all payments have been made.
11. General clauses
- Applicable law - In case of disputes, only Swiss law applies.
- Competent court – registered office
Severability clause
If individual provisions are or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the other provisions of the GTC. We reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. In any case, the GTC applicable to an order are always those accepted by the customer at the time of placing the order.
